London First Aid Training

London first aid training courses open to the public:

With the importance of First aid training growing, now more than ever is the time to learn the skills that could help you save someone’s life. Not only does first aid training provide you with these life saving skills, it also helps you become more of an asset in your work place, sports team, charity group, and so on. We are now introducing open London first aid training courses, these courses are for therapists and members of the general public. As they are open courses you don’t need to book as large groups, you can book your place as an individual.

London first aid trainingOver the duration of the course you will be taught first aid training that will give you the skills and knowledge you could use to help save someones’ life in an emergency situation. You will have a certificate providing evidence of your training which you can keep for employers or your workplace needs in the future.

The course is run by friendly professionals (many of whom are paramedics) between 10 am – 4.30 pm.
Teas and coffees are provided throughout the day and you will have ample opportunity to chat to our trainers about anything covered on the course. The basics of first aid covered during the day include;

    – Recording & Reporting
– Regulations
– First Aid Priorities
– Unconsciousness
– Examining a Casualty
– Fractures and soft tissue injuries
– Burns and Scalds
– Basic Life Support (CPR)
– First Aid Kits
– Control of Bleeding
– Managing Incidents
